How can I track my order?

After ordering a product, you will receive (within 48 hours) a shipping confirmation. In this email, you will find a link to track your order. The update may take some time.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the location, standard delivery usually takes between 10 and 15 days (not including processing days).

Occasionally, packages get lost, but this is very rare. If more than a month has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us at contact@us-primalhatch.com. We will be happy to resend your order and provide you with a discount code to compensate you.
